Understanding the extravert who loves social, expressive, gregarious, freely disclosing, speaks to think mom who has the gift of having introverted kids, is a crucial topic of discussion. The reverse narrative of an introverted mom who is territorial, contained, reflective, cautiously disclosing, and thinks to speak with extraverted kids is an equally important conversation.
I recommend TLP - training, love, and practice. We have to make time to understand our personality preferences first and then the personality preferences of others. We could be offending the people we love without ever having a clue.
